Wireless network pops-up microsoft.com at connecting

Hi there.

 

You may know that when you connect to a public wirelles network, sometimes they send yo to a webpage in order to connect to the network, usually a login page, like ISP's public networks in malls, for E.G.

 

Wel, my home wireless network is doing that. But the weirdest part is a) sends me to microsoft.com and ONLY to microsoft.com, not a login page or so. B) have 4 Wifi device: My PC with Windows 8.1, a mate's PC with Windows 7, My other mate's laptop with Lubuntu 14, and my Windows Phone 8.1. Just the W7 and my phone have this issue. Need to skip that page every time they turn on or go away the network range and back again in signal, buth the other two don't. C) this started like a week ago. D) I din't find in the router config the option of home page of any kind of option that put that page on.
