When a voltage of 1v is applied to a circuit of 1 ohm then the resultant current flow is 1 amp E=I x R

....Ohms Law

 

usb is 5v  and 10x usb are still 5v

Power supply Voltages  12V +5v+3v does not = 20V

it can only = 12V +5v +3v

Fans speed load slow 5v

                           med +5 and 12+ =7v

                           High 12v

if you need to go higher in volts use a variable external power supply

if not ....say bye bye to cpu
