CS:GO 4:3 stretch?

Hello guys i want to strecth my cs go to 4:3 1080p but idk how to do it i tried it but it shows those bars and i even did it on catalyst control center to stretch to full screen but its till same and i noticed that it worked to me on vga cable pls help me

I think most CS:GO streamers who play at 4:3 see the black bars on their screens, but stretch it out with their streaming software, like OBS, so only the audience can see it stretched.

no streamers/players play at 1920x1080 stretched you cant because its a 16:9 resolutions well unless you have an ultra wide monitor ofc but a lot of them play stretched 4:3 resolutions because it makes the body models look bigger are you sure you don't mean 1290x960 or something?
