well, I can't decide what your priorities are for you, it comes down to what you want and need. A new monitor may certainly be more justifiable than an i7 and a maximus, that's for sure. Just bare in mind you may need that money later. And monitors aren't going anywhere.

I meant they won't run out if you wait. You can buy a monitor any time, and the more you wait, the better the monitor will be. But you may need a car as soon as possible.

Just because I have money doesn't mean I'm going to spend it. The same is true for what Sauron and I are trying to tell you. Priorities. I need my workstation more than I need a new car when I do enough work to keep it (the car) running for a long while. 

 

Even though you think you have a lot now? $3,000 is nothing in the long term... and that's why we were saying wait and save for the things that DO matter.
