Bad accessible BIOS

Dear community,

 

I'm having some trouble with my PC.

First: at start up I get the option to open the BIOS and as much as I like to do that, I can't.

My CM Storm Devastator does not work at start up, as soon as windows is starting the led turns on and starts functioning. After trying everything with the USB-ports I looked for a solution on the internet but couldn't find anything helpful. Also when my computer doesn't shut down properly and it gives the option to start up in safe mode is doesn't work so I have to wait the WHOLE 30 seconds wait time before it starts automatically. I can however get into the BIOS by staring up my PC and then using the program Fast Boot to restart and this way get automatically directed in the BIOS. In the BIOS the keyboard works fine.

Second, a less of a serious problem: sometimes when I change my green audio plug from my headset to my speakers everything stops working, first Skype, chrome etc. and than even explorer. I have to wait 5 minutes before everything stars responding suddenly but most of the time I have no time for that shit so is just hold the kill-button.

motherboard: Z87-G45 gaming

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K

GPU: msi GTX 770(not gaming, so no awesome TwinFrozr fans   )
