H100i cooling/noise issues

Hey guys so my h100i is having some issues, first off is the cooling. At stock I'm running 58-60 c while rendering videos. But when I overclock to just 4.4 GHZ I'm running 86-92 c while rendering, does anyone know what the problem for this could be? It didn't use to do this when I first got it a month back.

 

Second off is just the noise, the pump and fans even at 500 rpm on the fans are incredibly loud, but getting new fans that are quiet and can cool it cost 35+ USD. So yeah.
