What does this event error mean?

I have had this happen and apparently it is a blue screen since I got something that popped up when the pc restarted saying it was even though my monitors all shut off. I was playing warframe and BOOM. froze and I had to restart it. I think this only happens when I play it. maybe a coincidence.
