LINE app signup?

Hey,

 

I'm trying to download LINE on my iPad and when I do from the AppStore, it says that I can only login, but cannot signin. Then I download it on my MacBook Pro and it says that I can't sign up unless I download it on a phone... Which I don't think I can because my phone is super crappy and I hardly ever use it.

 

Is there anyone here who knows about LINE and knows how I can signup without having to try downloading it on my crappy android phone?
