What does DigitalFoundry use to measure Frame rate and frame times?

In case you're unaware of DigitalFoundry and their eurogamer articles, here's an example of one of their frame rate comparison videos.

I'm pretty sure I know most of how they measure frame rates. I just don't know what they use for the frame rate/frame time counter.

Anyone know?
