When I was building my pc i only had the money to buy one stick of 4gb RAM, so at Chirstmas I got an extra stick of the exact same RAM, the same one i bought before, but when I went to install it, my pc booted, was all fine, I lauched Advanced Warfare, then boom, my pc crashed, I tried to boot it again, nothing, it just frooze, I then took the new ram out, the pc was fine, i booted, I then took the old ram out, and put the new one in the same slot where the old one was, the pc booted fine, I then turned the pc off, attempted to put the ram in the 'new' slot(the blue one) http://i.imgur.com/AbVayUV.png It ( the red one is the one that works.)worked, I done this with both sticks, they both worked in the two slots, but they don't work together, and I was wondering would anyone know the problem with this. I know its not the ram, would it be the mother board? Would it be a problem? I mean I do admit, I do have cracked windows 7(its a very bad thing, I know.), I am going to buy it when I get money, its just hard to get money around this time, because school and stuff..

I searched your motherboard and it can support up to 32gb of RAM. I know a cracked version of W& wont affect it and yes that is bad but money can be tight. (On the bright side MS will still give you free W10) Did you check when you installed both sticks that all 8gb of RAM registered? Install the new stick and check if your system loads. If it loads turn off your system and install the other stick (Make sure it is properly installed) and try loading your system again. Also what kind of RAM is is it?

Stick both ram and power off (take the power plug off) and clear cmos...

rule of thump when everything seems to work individually but not together is clear cmos... TL:DR when in doubt = clear cmos

PLEASE QUOTE OR TAG (WITH @) ME IF YOU REALLY REALLY REALLY WANT ME TO REPLY!!!!!!!

Also if your issue is solved don't forget to mark the thread as solved!

Its this RAM here HyperX FURY Series 4GB DDR3 1600MHz CL10 DIMM Memory Module - Red. And I am not sure if the 8GB registered, when it crashed, nothing else happened, It won't boot anymore with both sticks, I attempted it yesterday again just to test and see, and still nothing, when I boot my pc, it just sits there and my monitor is black.

I'll give that a try too, thanks.

UPDATE: I cleared the cmos, put the new stick in, computer booted all fine, until I right-clicked on computer-properties, then it said 'Installed Memory (RAM): 8gb(3.98) Usable' I then restarted my pc, then it happened again, nothing, my pc boots, but a black screen. I ten turned it off, I took both ram sticks out, I put the newer stick in the blue slot http://i.imgur.com/AbVayUV.png%C2%A0Itthis is the slot that I has never used, my pc booted and nothing, just a black screen( keep in mind this is the new ram in the new slot) I then took the ram out, and put it in the old slot that I always used, the red one. pc booted fine, no problems, but when I used the newer stick of ram in the older slot, I got about 4-5 beeping sounds coming form my motherboard speaker, but this doesn't happen when I use the old ram in the red slot, anyway, either way, the pc boots, both sticks seem to work fine in the red slot, but nothing works when I try the blue one, my pc just boots but nothing on my screen, could this be a motherboard problem? Maybe I got a faulty RAM slot? I am not sure.

sry for late reply.. .was in business trip...

anyhow it does sounds like motherboard's problem, which in that case I recommend you to confirm it (if possible) by using a ram stick you know that works perfectly (not those 2 you're already using but something else) and stick it into the slot that doesn't seem to work (only 1 ram pl0x) and if it still doesnt boot, then it's pretty much confirmed that the slot is broken... RMA it if possible

EDIT: I just realized that you said the computer says "8gb but only 3,98 usable) do you happen to have 32bit system?....

right click my computer -> properties -> system type = does it says 32bit or 64bit? if its 32bit then you need to reinstall your windows as 64bit. 32bit system can only use max 4gb of ram no matter what you do

Nope, I made sure I got a 64bit, and there is no way I will be able to solve the ram, I can't get any more sticks anywhere, anyway, I'm pretty sure its the motherboard, here is the screen shot of my system in properties http://puu.sh/gKVRw/fcaf963581.png .
