so i have created a build which fits into my budget of approx 1200$ CAN

problem is there is 3 different GPUs i can get all the same price of 420$ CAN

so my question is which one to go with and if possible a motherboard to go with it.

for almost completely gaming but very small amounts of 3d software such as Inventor

so here is the base build i have made

IMO I like MSI's video cards alot more then any other companies GPU's so my vote is on the 970 from MSI

  1. Gtx 970

You get a "K" Cpu and an H97 mobo? No sir. Get a z97 mobo. Or, change the CPU to a locked one (or a xeon with HT).

Look for 1600mhz CAS 9 RAM.

The MSI 970, I don't know what difference it is between the msi and evga one but i think the msi one looks cooler, and i also have good experience with msi products.

So does this seem like a better build option

@Lstaffor5, if you click the [bb] button you will get a list better formatted for this board.

Thermaltake psu made by CWT do not have the best reputation. SeaSonic M12II 520 Bronze might be a better choice.

Not sure why the thermal compound is included.

The after market fans are not necessary.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Looks pretty good. If you plan on overclocking, you will want to get a non-stock cpu cooler.
