So I ordered a nvidia shield gaming bundle from amazon last week.

But didn't get the green box game bundle. Both Amazon and nvidia say I should have got a code but say its the other company that needs to give the code and they don't have any to give out.

Any one any advice on This or had a similar experience.

 

Then just tell them you need a replacement. They either will give it to you then, or replace it with one that does have it.

How to Claim

1. Add your chosen Nvidia SHIELD tablet by clicking “Add to basket” below the relevant model.

2. For the 32 GB model, continue to add the SHIELD controller and SHIELD cover to your selection by clicking “Add to selection” for each item. For the 16 GB model, add the SHIELD controller to your selection by clicking “Add to selection” underneath the item.

So there should be a code somewhere in the box to redeem and it's whoever is selling it (gave the item to Amazon) fault for not having it in the box

Dont really want to send it back as it took a week to arrive and amazon said they're low on stock so it will be even longer now.

did you order from amazon I checked no emails from them about the code.

I didn't order from them... But I put it in my cart and saw it at checkout from Amazon. Give them a call, and tell them you never got an email.

Went back to them they give me a months extra prime service and 30quid refund which is more than the cost of the games.
