Ubuntu 14.04 Component Drivers

Hey ive posted a lot lately on here asking for help on my first build (linked below) and im here once again lol. 

 

Ive decided to use Ubuntu 14.04 as my OS because well free... But im running into software issues. I dont know if i can download and use the drivers for the parts im using. My GPU, MoBo and PCIe-WiFi card in particular. when i go onto the websites all they have are Windows Downloads!!!??? 

 

Anyone have advice or a fix or help? greatly appreciated thanks! oh and just saying id rather not go windows if i can help it because its too damn expensive.

OH and also if anyone has good free FPS counting software that has an in game counter that works with Ubuntu!!

did you already install Ubuntu? most drivers except Nvidia drivers will work right away.

No i havnt even built it yet. Im still waiting on one part. But everything says Windows Download???? I have no experence with Linux at all lol

For the R9 280x you'll need to download the driver from the amd-website: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Ubuntu%20x86%2064

For the wirelesscard i need the model name...

Everything else should work fine without any drivers.

For the GPU i dont need to get it off of the mannufactorers website?? 

And its a TP-Link TL-WN881ND

Okay Awsome this is a load off of my mind. Just get the GPU driver off of the AMD website

Nah a buddy of mine gave it to me. He up graded his rig and gave the ram to me lol. Nice try on that tho
