Im running 2 gtx 780's connected to 5 different displays, 3 dvi, 1 hdmi, 1 displayport.

Now i have 2 problems that i cant seem to get fixed.

problem number 1:

I can't seem to get the monitors aligned correctly in the screen resolution in windows 8. if i move my cursor from the top of 1 of my monitors to the next one it might be off by a few centimeters. because windows automatically snaps the screen to the corner of the adjacent screen its extremely difficult to fine tune the alignment. i remember seeing a software able of helping you do this but i cant for the life of me remember the name. the only thing ive found that has any resemblance is nvidia Nview which doesnt seem to work on non quadro cards.

Problem number 2:

Whenever i quit from a full screen game such as battlefield or assassins creed my monitor setup completely resets. when i go back to the screen resolutions page and if i just move 1 window and hit apply it goes back to how it was before i exited the game. what could cause this and how would i go about fixing it?

You can move the position of the displays with the arrow keys on your keyboard.

Or you should be able to fine tune the movement with the mouse by holding CTRL.

There is not really a lot that you can do.

You can try and set a profile for your screen layout in the nVIDIA control panel.

If that fails, Try using all your screens at the same resolution. :( :(

Goodluck

How have you set up things in Nvidia control panel mate?

You have an interesting set up by the looks of things: duplicating a panel (2|3), primary monitor as 1 and 4 + 5 as peripheral screens.

You can't be running SLI as you cant have duplicate and SLI together so you can only be using a single GPU for gaming unless I have missed something.

You do seem to have a lot of different screen resolutions, placements and duplication going on so getting things set up exactly how you want them may not be possible atm.

I'm still waiting for Nvidia surround to be fixed on Win8...
