Rename tor.exe

At school, I try to run Tor, because school filtering is ridiculous. I run browser.exe or whatever, and then I get an error that tor.exe is block by group policy. For other executables, I can just rename it, but because Tor.exe is started by another process I dont know if I can. Can I? Do i need to change some sort of config file?

I don't really know. I have a teacher who lets me use his account. So I go on my twitter etc sometimes.

You have a NAS... Set up a proxy through it? Profit?

Need help? Just message me.  @_avax Please quote me for responses.

Lol, I ended up using Ultrasurf. Ultrasurf is blocked by group policy, but I used a program to remove the digital certificate from the executable. Profit.

Worse comes to worse you can just setup a WAMP stack on your home PC and slap a web proxy script on it (there's tons of them on the web). From there you can just navigate to your home proxy and be free on the web. The best part is it's a personal proxy so it will never likely be blocked.

if I were you, I'll start talking to admin/or whoever in charge

there are so many reasons why they do this kind of thing in the first place

I can run pretty much any program at school if I rename it "notepad.exe"
