I am using a EVGA GTX 780 , according to GPU-Z uses Hynix Memory.

The Problem seems to be either Windows just being windows or the EVGA GTX 780 SC/ACX  may be junk.  The Memory will often within an hour of restart go up to 400-500MB just for Desktop with nothing going. (2D Mode), but can go as high as 2GB. Heck, Half Life 2 was using about 3020MB a few hours ago.

I have tested 2 other Nvidia Cards with the same driver, re-installed and no such issues occurred.  What to do ??

Are you using the Logitech Gaming Software?

Yes. I am. Though i often exit and msconfig it not to start.  Since re-installing a different Driver. 345.20 ,which i guess is not even meant for the desktop variants of each gpu. Anywho i got upset with GeForce Experience as shadowplay was being buggy again and not showing up sometimes .... Memory is where is should be.. 274MB with a google chome and youtube going with other tabs.  Hope this driver is ok to use for Desktop.....
