<$350 Laptop?

I'm looking for a relatively cheap laptop. It has to be under 350 USD, and has to be available at Walmart, Bestbuy, or some kind of place where I can pick it up instead of shipping it to me. My goal is to browse the web, watch netflix, hulu, other movies, use facebook and the like. I need a laptop that won't immediately die, and isn't turtle slow either. Do you think you guys could help me find one like this?

If you can live with an 11", take a look at this interesting option. On for a good sale right now, it's a 2-in-1. Looks and works like a normal laptop, but it can actually be split in half, and the top part can be used on it's own as a tablet.
