Pc Build for $1500

Go to solution Solved by Str_Mape,

I'd recommend this it has the peripherals that're good enough but if you want higher end peripherals you're going to have to make sacrifices elsewhere in the build.

It's most likely not going to happen getting a build with an 4790k and a 980 in a $1000 build.  Seeing as the two are ~800 by themselves.

Yeah... no you can't get those parts with a grand.  You are best of getting an i5 and a 970.

What will do do that requires Hyperthreading? The i5-4690k has about the same Gaming performance, And it is still out of budget.
Drop down to a R9 290x or a GTX 970 and you are in budget.

You're selection is good but you will find it hard to keep it below £1000, your best bet is to either make the choice for and i5 with a 970 or an i7 with a 780 GPU, they both will be brilliant for decent games, but depends if you fancy going for the extra horsepower in the CPU. There always are places to scrape some cash off little components such as peripherals (cheaper mice and keyboard) and this will mean you can go for the higher performance components.

It would be worth your while in the long run.

Have a look at PC part picker, I use them to sort all my builds.
