Question about Logitech G700s

How hungry is this beast of a mouse?

 

Battery life doesn't last more than a day, maybe two - tops. My old M series(m705) can run on a single battery, but it has two. But I've gone more than 6 months without charging my m705.

 

Does anyone else have this problem with their G700s? Has anyone heard of anyone with the same experience?

I don't own a G700, but I can tell you that gaming mouses use much more battery power than the low end M705 mouse. What you are experiencing is completly normal, and apart from using eco friendly and cheap (in the long run) rechargeable batteries, there not much you can do.

Sounds normal, yeah. You can try lowering the polling rate to get a bit better battery life. Or get G602 which has ~250 hours battery life.

Thats just the thing, though - some days I don't game(takes shelter). On days where I wasn't gaming and I was just using it for my daily driver, it still ran out of juice on me.

Just checked it out; the g602 also has an endurance mode which can take the battery to ~ 1440 hours. I'm sending the beast back!
