What is the best relatively cheap monitor I can get?

It must be 1080p, ips and support hdmi

Best is a matter of perspective, there are sooo many factors you need to consider, do you plan to game on it, do you need a fast refresh rate for example. Or are you a photo or video editor and require true to life colours. Biggest of all, what is your budget as that will make all the difference.

The AOC i2367Fh is a pretty good monitor (pretty popular too) and it's discounted on Amazon right now.

Pros- nice image, thin bezels, cheap.

Cons- HDMI only, no VESA mount.

I mainly plan to game on it but I'll be browsing the web and stuff like that as well. I would like 60Hz with at least a 5ms response time but if that isn't possible with the budget and it being ips then I want an ips display

I would go with an AOC one as well, they are great but i wouldnt recommend using HDMI with a pc, though its fine with a console.
