Just wanted to share what i found that was really helpful. i use a lenovo Miix 2 that has a 10 inch 1920x1200 resolution that really need scaling . At the moment i am using the 175% scale and just wanted to help people that also run with scaling on with applications that don't support scaling.(such as Steam)

Okay this first Screen shot is of steam with the scaling and no Fix.

Then all you need to do to make it look better is go to the .Exe and go to properties and Enable one Box.

This is after I check that Box.

This not only help to make things look better but i had to do it to run Dungeon Keeper 2 from GOG. And they did not know what was wrong when my Mouse input did not work with the game and it was Due to running with scaling.

Hope this helps people running on High res on small Screens :D

Yes. That is what you are supposed to do , if the software appears OK at 100% scaling (has large elements and text).

Another thing you can do, is use Windows 7 DPI scaling engine, which will increase the software compatibility. To do this, uncheck the option that you want a different DPI per monitor.

Sign out and back on, and it should be better.
