NAS Build

Hello,

 

I've been thinking of maybe doing a cheap NAS/Server build, I'm just planning right now and haven't decided to do it yet but if I do i need help with specs.

 

I have no clue at all what hardware you need for a small NAS, if i do it i also want a small webserver on it. 

 

So what i need to know is, How much RAM? What CPU, What Motherboard and What PSU

 

I know that if i do it i will use 2 WD NAS 1 or 2 TB drives in raid 0. Am I going to need a separate raid card for that?

 

On the CPU side I have been thinking of a Pentium but that might be unecessary powerful. And i have 4gb of old RAM could i use that? Its ddr3 1333Mhz
