Computer not booting

I've had this build for a while, but after moving it today it started going into a restart loop.

Specs:

i7 5830k

G. Skill Ripjaw 4 DDR4

MSI x99s gaming 7

Nvidia 970

When it first started I was getting 04 on the led debug code, then it would go to 00 and shut down.

I reseated all the ram, and that didn't help. I reset the CMOS, again nothing.

I disconnected everything except for CPU and PSU, and it stopped restarting.

I added back the graphics card and it wasn't restarting with debug code e0.

When I put a single ram in slot 1, the restarting occurs again (slots 1, 5 are in the manual for dual channel.

When I move the same ram stick to slot 2. The restarting stops, but the computer hangs on code b0 forever, and there is no video output.

I don't know what to do. The computer was working fine yesterday, now 6 of the 8 ram slots can't be used, and I'm not able to get to get to bios.

What should I do?
