The best AMD board

Go to solution Solved by TechFan@ic,

It's pretty much a toss up between the Asus Crosshair Formula-Z & the Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 GEN3 .
The Gigabyte 990FX UD7 is great board as well.

I've always liked AMD more than Intel, intel looks like one of those evil corporations to me (I know that's a stupid thing to say).

That said I've been using Intel exclusively for the last 6 years, and never gave AMD much thought (I like AMD better than Intel, but I like good performance even more).

As the time to upgrade is upon us, I turn once again to the green-red team, and so ask the question:

Which is the best AMD based motherboard?

The price is not the issue, I'd like to see the best that AMD has to offer today and in the following year. I'm not saying I'm set to get an AMD chip, but I like to explore all of my possibilities before I decide to buy, so please no comments in the line of "HEY MAN WHY DON'T YOU BUY INTEL, THEY'RE SOOO MUCH BETTER" (in a stoner voice). -I know everything I need to know about Intel's current offerings.

Intel 4770k@4.6GHz, ASUS ROG Maximus VI Hero, Kingston HyperX Beast 2x8GB 2400MHz CL11, Gigabyte GTX 1070 Gaming, Kingston HyperX 3k 240GB - RAID0 (2x120Gb), 2xWD 1TB (Blue and Green), Corsair H100i, Corsair AX860, CoolerMaster HAF X, ASUS STRIX Tactic pro, Logitech G400S, HyperX Cloud II, Logitech X530, Acer Predator X34.

+1 for the UD7, Flat Black for all the parts on it, a fantastic layout  and just overall a great board, only downfall would be it uses a standard bios instead of a UEFI, honestly I prefer a BIOS over a gimmicky UEFI, mainly user preference as they both accomplish the same thing, setting up your system and then overclocking the nuts off it :D
