Ziftrcoin not mining

Go to solution Solved by SkilledRebuilds,

I was told that solo mining was better. Guess they were wrong. Also, how do I join a pool?

This is the main thread, with all info (Suggest reading through it). It's better to post in there.

This is the 'Getting started' page from the pool page.

However, use THIS miner (it's the same as the originals but is 64bit, and has better hash rates)

I have been mining from 6am-9pm every day with about 400hashrate and I havent gotten a single coin. It's been about 3 days. What am I doing wrong?

Join a pool instead of solo mining.

I made 9 coins in 12 hours.

Also.. use the x64 bit miner, you'll nearly double your hash.

See below...

I found a miner with some optimizations for win64: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9cvOfoOekSdVmY1S1lOS1dPVmM/view?usp=sharing

The setup is the same as for the pool version, and on my athlon 760k the hashrate increased from 170-180kh/s to over 300kh/s, although your results may vary.

Well, after using this modified client, I have also seen an approximate doubling in hashrates (woo!).  Getting about 420 KH/s blaze it on my FX-8150 using 6 of the 8 cores.

However, I am getting noticeably more invalid hashes than before. Whether or not this is just bad luck or a result of the different client remains to be seen.

EDIT: This appears to have just been bad luck.

im loving the tweaked version

vs 400-500

and im just going to leave this here.. ZRKxZc51ScEHrk6dpFLy2txVbxdbohqgN5

I also accept hardware donations

Peaked 650kH/s on my i5 @ 4.15Ghz (Using the x64 miner) Before this my Peak was 350kH/s.

Average 580-600kH/s usually though...

I've made more coin in the last 12 hours straight than I did in the last two days doing 6-8 hours each.... (off daily and on nightly, not constant)

More shares, more profit, really don't want GPU mining to be a thing with this coin..

FYI - In Maxminers I'm MrStoolboy

Thanks! instant upgrade from 400 --> 600 KH/s :DDDD

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Can you solo with this miner?

You can solo with the main windows client yes, you don't have to sign up to a pool.
