Computer sometimes wont boot. (Follow up thread)

Hello LTT, so I first posted here;          http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/294488-computer-wont-boot-to-bios-only-gpucpu-fan-spin/

Now the issue has returned but slightly different.

First off the issue is that the GPU/CPU fans + HDD(Presumably SSD) all turn on at system power up but the front and rear case fans do not spin and then there is no display, the system boots but no post or anything.

So when the computer eventually decides to turn on it will reboot itself(sometimes multiple times, usually twice) and the front HDD LED will light up and the keyboard/mouse LED's will now also light up.

The difference in the issue now is that whenever the computer does boot I'm getting this;(Overclocking failed)

Not sure if its meant to be like this, but I do not have 3 keyboards plugged in or any extra USB hubs. I just have my keyboard, mouse and USB wifi adapter plugged in.

The really odd part is the overclocking failed part as I have not done any overclocking. The only part I've changed is setting my BIOS settings to XMP, as when XMP is not set I seem to have display issues, where the AMD drivers crash(So if I'm in a game it will crash)

So I'm asking if anyone has any idea about what's happening that they please help. Thank you.

Quick edit before I post, the PC has just turned on if that helps in any way.

Maybe the power connection is loose a bit?

EDIT: I think you cant overclock a non-K CPU.
