Hey there, on my pc I've been getting really bad screen tearing when I open up programs like Photoshop, or anything from the Adobe Suite for that matter, I rma'd the pc and they said it wasn't anything to do with the hardware, so in question, if Windows 7 is missing files or faulty or something can it cause screen tearing and crashing?

Could be the drivers, but what are your system specs?

On my profile, and I doubt it is I've done every driver version for my parts I could find
