It's hard to help you with this problem because there isn't that much information to go on.  Turn your computer off, make sure everything is getting power.  Is your monitor at least displaying a graphic or something so that you know it's your computer and not the monitor?

Remove your RAM stick, expect for 1, and now try. If that doesn't work, switch the RAM module. Refer to the manual of your motherboard to know which RAM slot to use for 1 stick configuration.

The idea is to isolate the problem. So that also means, unplug all USB devices except for keyboard and mouse.

Is there any changes?

If not, then maybe there is a short going on. Screw off the motherboard, put it out of case, and make sure it is super clean (new cases can have metal shard which fell on it, and is shorting something). If you have can of compressed air, use that even if your board appears clean.

Put the motherboard on top of a box, and without the GPU (use the Intel integrated graphics), power on the system. Does it work now?

I feel like a idiot....the ram sticks weren't inserted all the way in.
