When i turn on my screen after my motherboard posts the screen stays black for a min until it lunches to the desktop. ware can i make it so i can see it again 

It is Normal, and i Don't see why you need it xD, to much blacklight bleed?

I'm not exactly sure why this is happening, but it doesn't really matter, as long as the computer starts up fine and has no issues then you should just be able to go on without worried.

 

If you're really worried about something I can maybe look deeper into the issue for you.

Downloading programs from CNet is not a good idea, as they will commonly include unwanted, and sometimes dangerous bloatware... The more you know.

What connection are you using to connect your screen?

 

By the sound of it, at first boot your screen isn't detected and your GPU doesn't try to re-detect till the drivers start, this is normal if you using display port/HDMI/DVI-d.

 

I presume from your description if you turn the monitor on first then all the post and loading screens work? Personally I checked my monitors had a good power save and leave them on.
