Automatic backup

I want a reliable way to back up all my files in one partition to another hard drive for safer storage as indicated in my terrible diagram (attached). Any Ideas on what software I should use and how to best configure it?

If you have a extra PC laying around I would recommend a Windows Home Server.

Unfortunately that's not really an option as I'm about to move into a collage dorm
