I like films such as Iron Man, Batman 1, 2 and 3 (Latest), Interstellar and the Aviator. (essentially mainly sci-fi, and action/adventure) What would you suggest would be a good film to watch?

I remember the first time I watched that, not to mention the 3 times in a row I watched it after that. It was a good day. Fantastic movie.
