Hey everyone, I was looking for some opinions on whether I should buy a second Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X or a Gigabyte Nvidia GeForce GTX 960, If I get the GTX 960 I will sell my R9 270x, thank you in advance for the help

You should buy a second one if you can pick one up used for cheap. Otherwise, sell your current and get something better like an R9 290X or GTX 970. Dual R9 270Xes are pretty good, but I wouldn't bother with them.

How about looking for a 290 or a used 290X?

Two 270Xs would perform better than the 960, but it's not a particularly good solution for the future.

I'd say get a second 270x.

But firstly, what power supply do you currently have? You'd need a quality 700W 80+ PSU, preferably Gold standard, although Bronze will suffice, if you crossfire.
