PS3 downloads Peer2Peer?

Hi people.

 

I've tried googling this but found no real results.

I'm sitting here waiting for the GTA V heists update to install. It's downloading at 30-400kb/s. Which is all normal for PSN.

 

But.. My router is seeing 6-7.8MB/s upload activity on my PS3.. What the hell?

 

 

Anyone know if PS3 downloads are Peer2Peer, or is it like, uploading all my info to the NSA?

Well since you live in Norway the NSA can't do anything hence they are american.
