mouse stuttering

So my mouse has been working perfectly, but today my mouse started lagging and stuttering. It is not only in games, but just normally aswell. I am using windows 8.1 and my mouse is a razer naga (2011 I think). Do you have any idea what I should do?

Is something eating up the RAM? It often happens when your RAM usage is above 60%
