Loose cpu cooler arms

First rig and am installing cooler master hyper t2, the arms for intel board are kinda loose on the cooler, despite being tightened

There is almost no more room to keep tightening, and the arm still loose enough to shake around

Can you indicate on the picture which bit is loose, everything looks normal but if there is a rattle then you'll poss need to RAM it.
