HELP! Microsoft office compatibility issues

Hi guys, a few days ago I shut down my pc and it did 211 updates and i thought nothing of it until i booted it up the next day for the office icons changed to deleted icon. I look in office settings and re pinned to my task bar and desktop and everything was fin until i got this message when i tried to open some office content on my USB drive when I open an excel document http://imgur.com/4RQyw8P What do I do!
