Building a Streaming PC!

Okay. I'm lost guys.

 

 

I want to have a second pc for taking my stream, and encoding it from there, instead of doing EVERYTHING from my main rig. Some streamers on twitch have a second pc for streaming, and I got curious!

 

What would be a good pc for taking my videos and encoding them/etc? Do I need a GPU? I'm so lost!

Forgive what might be a stupid suggestion, but won't a 8350 or etc work just as well in this case?

If you guys could, is there a possibility you could put together a part list for one?

 

I already have a PSU, Case, HDD, and Windows. Would an 8350 be okay? I don't have a HUGE budget, but I don't wanna cheap out either.
