connection speed problems

so im using 100mb down 20 mb up fibre broadband and usually over a wireless connection from my desk i get around 50mb down 15mb upbut at the moment im getting 11 down 14 up anyone got any suggestions on how to sort this ? I've obviously tried resetting the router and heres my speed test result http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4196931475

so i just ran a test on my phone and got 36 mb download sitting in the same position

Try a wired connection on your computer and compare the result. 

It could just be that the router has a poor signal in which case you could try resetting it.
