you download chipset drivers not cpu drivers, look in you MObo manufacturers website

I need to find drivers for my CPU and other stuff, is there a program that can find me them all without me having to pay? my computer seems slower with my faster processor so it must be drivers right?

You don't need drivers for your CPU

There is a program called driverpack that will install your drivers for you.
