So i have a pretty bad build right now. i built it quite a few years ago and never really needed to upgrade as i can still handle games fairly well. My good friend gave me a newer motherboard and his old i5. i put these in my system and it boots no problem everything is ok. however, i cannot connect to my internet due to it not having the network adapter driver. and since i don't have the dick i cannot download it from there. and to make matters worse, i do not know the make of this mobo. if anyone could help that would be great! thanks!

do you have a USB drive?

Download hwinfo or hwinfo64 to a thumb drive.

run the program off the thumb drive on the computer in question.

Download the driver for the appropriate device (listed in hwinfo) to the thumb drive take back to computer in question and install network driver.
