I was on my PC and decided to play CS. It would insta-crash. I restarted my PC and it took like 2 minutes. I got back into windows and now it says steam has failed because the drive or network was not connected, but it was. The drive does not show in disk manager.

It's clicking rapidly.

Have you checked the physical connections for HDD?

The clicking isn't a good sign if it is plugged in correctly it is probably dead.
