Hello, I am putting together a workstation pc for my father. He does a lot of autocad and needs something that will last him. He is tired of his old pc fucking up all the time. Not sure if the quadros will run three monitors... needs to run three monitors.

The K4200 will drive up to 4 displays using DP 1.2.

 

I would suggest going X99. It will provide much better performance in this application. A larger ssd will really help. If the budget could take it, I would suggest going even larger. If you are not familiar with XFX psu, they are essentially re-branded Seasonic models.
