Cloning Question

I want to replace my Samsung 840 EVO 250GB for a 500GB 850. I have my OS on that drive and my Pictures, Music etc folders are mapped to go to my mechanical drive. So if I do the clone using the Samsung software will everytthing copy exactly even my redirect to those folder? I am trying to avoid a reformat.
