Attach different overclock profiles on different games?

Is it possible to attach an overclock profile to a specific game? Games like Borderlands 2 and Kerbal Space Program don't like overclocks, so I'd like to attach Profile 1 (No OC) to those games. I still want that extra performance when I'm playing Crysis 3 for example, so I'd like to attach Profile 2 (Stable OC) to the other games.

Afterburner allows you to set hotkeys to change overclock profiles, but I don't think there is a way to have it autodetect based on .exe.
