Unlocked phone question

So, I have an unlocked AT&T Galaxy S5 currently running on the T-Mobile network. I'm not receiving the update for 4.4.4 OTA for some reason and I'm starting to think that I'm not running the original Samsung firmware (I bought off some 3rd party store). If I install the original AT&T firmware for my phone, will my unlock disappear? I'm trying to get the latest update for my phone and any help would be appreciated.

Can i install the T-Mobile OS on my phone even though it's originally made for AT&T? AT&T is slow with their updates....

I don't think, reflash your phone to stock then do the update then reroot
