I want an outstanding performance playing high resolution  movies animation etc, and for gaming.

i wanna put it in my living room my 52inch screen.

I would recommend a 850w(Preferbly higher since it would need 800w total without any overclock) PSU on that so he can upgrade with another R9 290x in the future when he need more GPU performance,

Whats the point of getting a ATX motherboard that is crossfire capable without planning on getting another GPU in the future?
