iMac SSD Upgrade

I have bought a brand new iMac late 2013 21.5 inch and since then it's taking a minute to boot up .I have tried every solution available in the market but still there is no upgradation in Performance . Should i Replace the Hard drive With an SSD and upgrade my Memory ? Will that improve the overall system performance ? Even if it does please recommend me which SSD to buy ? :)
