Upgrade Problems

Hello im having problems upgrading my Windows 2008 R2 Evaluation copy to Windows 2012 R2 Evaluation copy. It dosnt work using the in-place upgrades. Im trying to do it in Hyper V on my host PC.

When trying to upgrade it keeps coming up with an message saying that i need to do a clean install. I cant do a clean install tho because i need to transfer over my current AD DS.
