I need help please!

So i recently built my gaming rig and it has an r9 270x (i live in australia), and i really want to add another 270x and water cool my rig. But i can only afford the 270x or the water cooling rig, i dont know what to buy first!!! I know if i get the water cooling rig and the gpu later then ill have to pull it appart but im not affraid of that. The loop is heaps for expenisve than the gpu so its easier for me to the the water now and the gpu later, but i dont know whats the best to do?

You don't need to water cool two 270X's and a CPU... but if you must get the second card first and save yourself the hassle later.

extra card will give you WAY better performance.  Not sure why you'd sink money on a 270x water block tho...
