PC Case/Fan/Cooler Questions ! Please read .

Hey Guys , I'm new to the forums ! So don't hate me 

I built a PC myself about 6 months ago . Here are the basic specs :

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 760k , 3.8ghz

     CPU Cooler : Artic Freezer i30

RAM : Crucial Ballistix SPORT 8gb DDR3

GPU : Sapphire PCI Express R7 260X 2GB GDDR5

Motherboard : MSI A78M-E35

SSD : Samsung 840 EvoS 120gb

PSU : Corsair 600w CX Series

Case: CoolerMaster K280

 

So I want to discuss the temperatures:

-when I'm IDLE my temp is roughly 43°C

-when I'm UNDERLOAD (Gaming) my temp is roughly 66°C

-when I'm RENDERING (a video) my temp is roughly 79-80°C (Is it safe to run this temps at least once a week?)

 

In my case I have a front fan(CoolerMaser) , which is the intake. Then i have a back fan (Cheap AKASA fan  ) exhaust. So my airflow is setup as good as it can be for now. 

Unfortunately I don't have space for top fans.

 

QUESTIONS!

Q1) I am considering buying a new CASE with even better airflow , so it has more space for fans ,especially space for two fans at the top.

Q2) I am also considering upgrading to CLOSED-LOOP WATER-COOLING . Should I upgrade the this ? If yes what is a couple of  good budget coolers ?

Q3) I also want to buy 2 new 120mm FANS  . To replace that sh*t AKASA fan and to mount a sidefan which I haven't currently got. Which are some good budget fans that are good , also that have a good cubic feet per minute.
